Women are amazing, and we are lucky to exist in a time where we can do or be anything… but being all the things can lead to burn out, identity crises… existential crises… I mean, one minute you’re a high flyer in a tailored suit and heels, the next you’re hearing mum 400 times a day, wearing trackies with stains on them you don’t have the energy, time or care to identify. Don’t get me wrong, women are incredibly resilient adaptors to life’s changes, challenges and curve balls but it often comes at a cost.
But it doesn’t have to. With a few tweaks, you can truly thrive in life.

Hi. I’m Jen. I’m a a registered counsellor, with a background in physiotherapy and I'm here to help you ride the rollercoaster of life’s big transitions — think kids, career comebacks, health curveballs, and the grand adventure that is menopause. I’m passionate about helping women through different transitions in their lives. Situations like returning to work, career change, children, toddlers, teenagers, menopause, that sort of thing. This can include:
Hormonal changes (menstrual health, fertility, pregnancy, menopause)
Chronic health conditions or diagnoses (like breast cancer, POTS, anaemia)
Body image, self-esteem, and identity changes
Motherhood, parenting challenges, or empty-nesting
Grief, loss, or trauma connected to health journeys
Life transitions like career shifts, relationship changes, or personal reinvention
My women’s counselling services focus on the emotional and psychological experiences tied to health, identity, and life transitions unique to women - recognising that physical health, mental wellbeing, and emotional resilience are deeply connected and that real support means caring for the whole woman.
